Hazeborough Support
Is Hazeborough free?
Yes. It has ads, mostly optional rewarded ones, and optional purchases. Remove adverts is a one-off purchase in the Crates tab under Leaf & packs.
Is it for children?
No. Hazeborough is for adults aged 18 and over, and the game asks your age the first time you start it.
Is Hazeborough a real place?
No. It's a made-up British seaside town, and its people and businesses are invented.
Does the game teach real growing or encourage drug use?
No. It's a comedy simulation. Everything in it is a game rule, not a real method.
Does it work offline?
Mostly, yes. Ads and purchases need a connection.
Will I lose my progress if I change phone or reinstall?
Progress is saved on your phone only, as there is no cloud save yet. Before switching, open Settings › Save code › Export and keep the code safe, then use Load on the new phone.
What are Leaf?
The premium currency. You earn it free from milestones, daily rewards, crates and optional ads, and you can also buy packs.
What are the crate odds?
Every crate has an Odds button showing exact percentages before you open it. For example, the Black market crate gives a Rare item 55%, Epic 35% and Legendary 10% of the time. Items you already own can't drop again.
How does washing money work?
Sales give you dirty cash. Drop it into one of your businesses on the Map, wait for the batch to finish, then collect it clean, minus the business's cut. Clean money buys property and the best kit.
What is heat, and why do the police turn up?
Heat rises with sales. Tap the heat bar to see your risk and when the next check is. Before you own the lock-up, PC Dobson might knock. After that, high heat can bring a raid.
How do gift codes work?
In Settings, make one gift code a day and send it to a friend. They redeem it for a Grower's crate.
I reinstalled and my purchases are gone.
Open Settings › Restore purchases.
How do I stop notifications?
Settings › Notifications, or your phone's notification settings.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Settings › Ad privacy options.
