Website privacy
Votes
When you vote on a roadmap or poll, we store the vote count and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and browser type for about four months, so each person can only vote once per idea. We can't turn that back into you. Your own picks are also remembered in your browser.
Forms
If you sign up to test a game, ask to be told when a game is out, or send feedback, we store what you type (email address, name if you give one, which game, and your message) with the time and your browser type. We use tester emails only to add you to the Google Play test and to contact you about it; update emails only to tell you about that game; and feedback only to reply and fix things. We don't share them. Tester lists are deleted when testing ends; ask us at any time to remove you from anything. A scrambled copy of your IP address is kept for one minute to stop spam.
Web demo
The Hazeborough web demo saves your progress and your age-check answer in your browser's storage on your device only. It shows no ads. Like the rest of the site it loads fonts from Google, which can see your IP address.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything above. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
